Delivery Area and Shipping
We ship worldwide. Standard delivery is a flat rate of $9.99 per order, and shipping is free on orders over $99.
All prices on the store are listed in US dollars (USD). No tax is added at checkout. Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country may apply and remain the buyer's responsibility.
Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been placed and payment is confirmed, our warehouse team carefully inspects, packs, and dispatches your toys.
You can track your parcel's progress at any time from your My Account page using your order history.
7-Day Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your child to love every toy. We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items remain unopened, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories intact.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
